PDF instructions

To complete the application form on your computer:

1. Download the application PDF file to your computer (you’ll find the link to the PDF on the Apply page)

2. Open the PDF using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader – download Acrobat Reader here

3. Click “Fill & Sign” on the right side of the screen. (If you can’t see the right toolbar, in the top menu go to View > Tools > Fill & Sign > Open)

4. Click the cursor in each field to type your responses. Use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to move through the pages of the application.

5. When you are finished, save the file and email your completed form to info@schoolinthewoodsmontessori.org
