Fees
For all programs except Parent/Infant, the school year is August to June. Tuition is based on a 10-month school year. Payments may be made in full or in monthly installments. Two months tuition (pre-payment of May and June) is due on May 1 and is non-refundable. The remaining payments are due on the first of the month. The Enrollment fee applies to all new students including those who are eligible for priority enrollment such as siblings and students currently enrolled in the parent/infant class. All fees are non-refundable. The Enrollment fee holds a place in class for your child. School in the Woods Montessori School is a nonprofit institution dependent upon tuition payments for the majority of operating funds. Students are accepted for the school year. Parents assume responsibility for tuition payment in full, even if the child leaves prior to the end of the school year. No reduction in the yearly charge can be allowed for absence, withdrawal or dismissal during the school year.
